REAL ESTATE

The real estate consists of 221.21 surveyed acres in 5 tracts in Township 41N, Range 15W, Sections 8, 9 and 17 in Miller County, MO.

TRACT 1: consists of 26.22 surveyed acres and lies on the east end of the property. It has frontage and access off VFW Road which runs along the south end of the tract. The southeast corner is just yards from Business Highway 54, it is virtually all wooded and will offer up some wonderful residential and recreational opportunities.
